Personal Loans in Wyoming
SET Financial is a loan matching service that connects Wyoming residents with third-party lenders. We do not make loans or credit decisions.
Get StartedSET Financial is a lead-connection service for new loan requests, not the lender. Not everyone who applies will be matched or approved.
Connecting Wyoming Residents with Lenders
SET Financial is not a lender. We are a free matching service that connects Wyoming residents with third-party lenders in our network who may offer personal and installment loans. Because our lending partners review a range of factors, borrowers with bad credit or thin or limited credit history are welcome to submit a request, though approval, rates, and terms are always decided by the lender.
An installment loan gives you a set amount of money up front that you repay in fixed, scheduled payments over time, which can make budgeting easier than open-ended credit. Wyoming residents often use installment and personal loans for things like vehicle repairs, medical or dental bills, home improvements, moving costs, consolidating higher-interest balances, seasonal expenses, or unexpected emergencies. SET Financial does not fund these loans. We simply try to match your request with a lender who may be able to help.

Who the Network Works With in Wyoming
Bad credit
A low credit score does not automatically disqualify you. Some lenders in our network consider bad-credit applicants and look beyond your score, though the lender alone decides on approval, rate, and terms.
Thin or no credit
If you have little or no credit history, certain lenders may weigh income and current obligations rather than relying only on a score. We can pass your request along, but we cannot guarantee approval.
Self-employed or 1099 income
Freelancers, gig workers, and contractors can submit a request. Lenders may ask for bank statements or other proof of income to verify earnings, and each lender sets its own documentation requirements.
Fixed income
Borrowers on Social Security, disability, retirement, or other fixed income may still be matched with lenders who accept those income sources. The lender decides whether the payments fit your budget.
Wyoming Rates and Your Protections
Consumer installment lending in Wyoming is governed by the Wyoming Uniform Consumer Credit Code (Title 40, Chapter 14 of the Wyoming Statutes), which is administered by the Wyoming Division of Banking. Lenders that regularly make consumer loans in Wyoming generally must be licensed with the Division, and the UCCC sets the framework for finance charges, fees, and disclosures. Rates and terms vary by lender and by your qualifications. SET Financial does not set rates or terms and is not the entity that makes any loan. Each lender sets its own pricing within the limits of Wyoming law.
Before you sign, confirm the lender's license status with the Wyoming Division of Banking and review the APR, total cost, fees, and payment schedule stated in your loan agreement.
