SET Financial is a licensed lender that services existing customer accounts; for new loan requests, we connect consumers with third-party lenders and lending networks, who make all loan and credit decisions. Information We Collect

• Application and account information you provide: name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, income and employment, bank account details, and mobile phone number.
• Verification information: credit and identity data obtained to process and service your loan.
• Website and device information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.

How We Use Information

We use information to evaluate and process loan applications and requests, service and collect loans, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with law, operate and improve our website, and communicate with you about your application and account.

How We Share Information

We share information as needed to provide our services and as permitted by law — for example, with service providers who work on our behalf (such as identity verification, payment processing, and messaging vendors) under contracts that restrict their use of the information, and with credit bureaus, regulators, and other parties as required or permitted by law and described in our GLBA Privacy Notice.

Existing-customer and loan-servicing information. Information about your existing SET Financial account and our servicing of it is nonpublic personal financial information handled under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and our GLBA Privacy Notice. We do not sell this existing-customer, loan-servicing information; we share it only for the everyday business, servicing, legal, and permitted purposes described in that notice.

New-loan referral information. When you submit a request through our new-loan referral service, the personal and financial information you provide is shared with — and may be sold to — third-party lenders and lead-purchasing networks so they can present loan offers to you. This referral data flow is separate from the servicing relationship above. You may opt out of this sale or sharing as described in "Sale and Sharing of Your Information" below.

Sale and Sharing of Your Information

By submitting your information through our new-loan referral service, you consent to SET Financial sharing and selling the personal and financial information you provide — including your name, contact information, date of birth, Social Security number, income, employment, and bank account information — to third-party lenders and lead-purchasing networks so they may present loan products to you. Residents of California and other states with applicable privacy laws have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Mobile Information and Text Messaging

No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS opt-in and consent — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The categories of information we may share with service providers to operate our services exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This carve-out applies even where you have consented to the sale or sharing of other information through our new-loan referral service.

If you opt in to our text-message program, we use your mobile number only to send the account and payment servicing messages described in our Mobile Terms and Conditions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any loan or of loan approval. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

Your Choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.
