FCRA Disclosure

Fair Credit Reporting Act disclosure regarding consumer credit reports.

This FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) Disclosure is provided by SET Financial Corporation (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") to explain consumer-reporting rights connected with existing SET Financial accounts that we service. SET Financial does not obtain or pull a consumer credit report when you submit a new lender-network request.

Consumer Credit Reports

For existing SET-serviced accounts, SET Financial may furnish account and payment information to consumer reporting agencies and may use consumer-report information only as permitted by law for servicing, compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute handling. This does not apply to a new lender-network request submitted through this site.

Permissible Purpose

Any consumer-report information used in connection with an existing SET-serviced account will be requested and used only for a permissible purpose allowed by the FCRA.

Authorization

Submitting a new lender-network request through SET Financial does not authorize SET Financial to obtain a consumer credit report, and SET Financial does not obtain or pull one for that request.

Information Disclosure

For existing SET-serviced accounts, we may share consumer-report information with service providers, regulators, consumer reporting agencies, and other parties only as necessary for servicing, legal, compliance, or other permitted purposes. We do not sell consumer credit-report information for marketing purposes.
