E-Consent Agreement

Submitting a request to SET Financial Corporation ("SET Financial," "we," "us," or "our") to be connected with third-party lenders requires doing business electronically. For that to occur, we need your consent and agreement via an e-signature. SET Financial is a licensed lender that services existing customer accounts; for new loan requests, we connect consumers with third-party lenders and lending networks, who make all loan and credit decisions.

Consent to Do Business Electronically

When you submit a request or otherwise interact with us electronically, you may receive disclosures, notices, documents, and information ("Electronic Communications") from SET Financial or our respective agents from time to time. To provide you with the benefits of our online services and electronic communications, we need your consent to conduct business electronically.

If you choose not to consent, please exit our website immediately. Do not submit a request at www.setfinancial.com.

E-Consent Agreement

By submitting a request, you are required to consent to this Agreement as well as our Website's Terms of Use.

Electronically Signed Agreements

You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your physical ink signature. You consent to be legally bound by this Agreement's terms and conditions. You also agree that no certification authority or other third-party verification is necessary to validate your Electronic Signature and that the lack of such certification or third-party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your Electronic Signature or any resulting contract between you and SET Financial. Furthermore, you represent that any party to a document electronically signed agrees to the use of electronic signatures.

Consent to Electronic Delivery

You agree to receive and/or obtain any and all SET Financial related communications electronically. The term "Electronic Communications" includes, but is not limited to, any and all current and future notices and/or disclosures that various federal and/or state laws or regulations require that we provide to you, as well as such other documents, statements, data, records and any communications regarding your SET Financial accounts(s). You accept Electronic Communications provided by SET Financial as reasonable and proper notice, for the purpose of any all laws, rules, and regulations, and agree that electronic form fully satisfies any requirement that such communications be provided to you in writing or in a form you may keep.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain the Communications electronically, you will need:

• A device capable of connecting to the internet with a browser compatible with our site (we recommend Chrome or Safari)
• Adobe Acrobat or similar software to view PDF documents
• The ability to print and save the transmitted communications

If you are on a mobile device, such as a tablet or smartphone, you must be able to print and save the transmitted communications. You can find apps that support printing and saving for most mobile devices.

You acknowledge that you can access the electronic Communications in the designated formats described herein.

Revocation of Electronic Delivery

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically at any time by contacting us by email or in writing. If you withdraw your consent, from that time forward you will not be able to submit requests or otherwise transact business electronically on www.setfinancial.com.

The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the legal validity and enforceability of any electronic Communications provided or business transacted between us prior to the time you withdraw your consent. With respect to any pending request, we will send you any further Communications by mail or other non-electronic means.

Controlling Agreement

This agreement supplements and modifies other agreements that you may have with SET Financial. All other obligations of the parties remain subject to the terms and conditions of any other agreement. It is recommended that you print a copy of this Agreement for future reference.
